experiences; past relationships; trauma; abuse; bereavement and sickness, helping
you to prevent them affecting your present and your future. We are all aware that
our past affects us every day, counselling can help you to take back control and
write the script yourself for your own future
I offer one to one Counselling, Psychotherapy and Hypnotherapy in a private, comfortable
setting, on a confidential basis.
As an integrated therapist, my philosophy is based upon a person centred approach
as outlined by Carl Rogers, but, where agreed, I will use other techniques to help
you progress on your journey to effective living.
Our first meeting would be a consultation where we discuss what you need, and how
I can best help you. We can then decide the length and frequency of sessions and
nature of therapy.
